Serving and storage. Arrives frozen in a vacuum pack. Keep at minus 18 degrees Celsius until ready. Cut open the bag, remove it, and place the product in the refrigerator (0 to 4 degrees Celsius) at least 4 hours before serving. For best quality, enjoy within 24 hours of defrosting. Never refreeze once defrosted.
